We do not have any dues or membership requirements, except that you be a woman with career goals connected to the Earth Sciences (Atmospheric Science, Oceanography, Geology, Geography, Earth System Science, Environmental Health, Environmental Policy, etc.)

We encourage members to personally invite their colleagues and friends, so the group grows in a "person-to-person" way.
