ESWN is a peer-mentoring network of women in the Earth Sciences, most of whom are in the early stages of their careers. We have over 600 members spanning at least 19 different countries. We represent most major universities, goverment agencies, and research organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
Membership has grown through word of mouth, and includes upper-level undergraduates, graduate students, professionals in a range of environmental fields, scientists working in federal and state governments, post-docs, and junior professors.
