Supporting the Mission
We are at a unique point in history a time when different scientific disciplines, combined with major technological advances in computing, field instrumentation and satellite obsevations, are coming together to forge an entirely new understanding of the Earth and how it's many systems operate together to sustain life on this planet. And this comes not a moment too soon. As we learn more about the changing nature of the global environment, we find that the conditions of our ecosystems and natural resources including the air, water, land and biological diversity we depend on are deteriorating rapidly.
At SAGE, we are working on the cutting edge of this emerging field not only in expanding our understanding of the global environment, but also in bringing this understanding to real-world decision making and public policy. Our faculty, staff and students are fully dedicated to pushing the frontiers of interdisciplinary research, and to using this new science to make the world a better place.
But this mission depends on your support.Whether you are interested in supporting cutting-edge research, innovative teaching, pioneering graduate studies or unique experiences for undergraduates, you can be assured that your contribution will make a real difference both to the University and to the world. Your gift, whatever its size, is needed and greatly appreciated by SAGE.
Making a Tax-Deductible Gift
You may make a secure on-line contribution to the SAGE Incubator Fund.
To encourage employees to make charitable gifts, many employers match personal donations with an equal or greater contribution. In some cases, companies will match the gifts of retired employees. Please check with your human resources department to find out if your company offers a matching gift program.
If you would like further information regarding SAGE, or how your tax-deductible gift can be arranged, please contact:
